Our service involves offering an extremely high level of support to healthcare professionals through our sales team's technical product knowledge and clinical education training sessions. This training is offered to all healthcare professionals; both nursing staff and doctors and is delivered by our Product and Hospital Specialists.

Customer Service Department

Aquilant Pharmaceutical has a fully trained Customer Service team which support all Hospitals in Ireland on a daily basis addressing product specific queries and order processing. The customer service team offer support Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm

The order delivery schedules are as follows
1. Dublin: If you are ordering from a hospital/account in the greater Dublin area we provide next day delivery if the order is submitted and marked received before 3pm.
2. Nationally: If you are ordering from a hospital/account situated outside the greater Dublin area we provide next day delivery if the order is submitted and marked received before 1pm.

Sales and Marketing Department

Our sales and marketing team ensure the most up to date literature is available to meet the needs of our customers. Furthermore, our sales and marketing team endeavour to work with our manufacturers to source material at the specific request of our customers for example; patient information on a particular indication, dosing information to assist nursing staff.
All tenders and contracts are dealt with efficiently and monitored on a daily basis.
All awarded tenders are put up on contract to avoid errors in pricing on invoices on our ordering system

Financial Department
Our financial department manage all finance queries such as invoice queries, debtors and creditors.

Purchasing Department
Our purchasing department has responsibility for all aspects of product forecasting to ensure immediate availability of products to meet patient needs.

Quality and Regulatory Department
As a leading supplier of licensed and unlicensed medicinal products to the Hospital market in Ireland, the provision of a highly skilled quality and regulatory support team is a paramount part of our service offering.

Aquilant Pharmaceuticals obtains the services of United Drugs Plc. which consists of a pharmacist led Quality Department providing the essential quality and regulatory support for all our customers' needs.
Our quality department offers the following services:
• Liaising with the regulatory body, the Irish medicines Board
• Involvement in Technical and Quality agreements with medicinal manufacturers
• Liaising with all Aquilant Pharmaceuticals suppliers on variation changes to our medicinal products.
• The Quality manager trains and updates all employees of Intrapharma on procedure pertaining to quality of selling, marketing and distributing medicinal products in the Republic of Ireland.
